Plain terms for deposits, cancellations and no-shows, so there are no surprises for either of us.
A deposit is required to confirm any appointment. DC will send the exact amount for your service when you message to book. Your slot is only held once the deposit is received.
Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service. You pay the remaining balance after your set is finished.
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit carries over to your next booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit in full, and may require a larger deposit to book again.
Please message DC as soon as you know you'll be late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your slot may need to be rescheduled to protect the next client's appointment.
